EGM 15 March 2010
For some time now your Board and a subcommittee has been working on refreshing our constitution. In particular the focus has been on incorporating regulatory and compliance issues not previously addressed, more clearly defining membership categories, defining director eligibility, broadening our Club objects, and generally tidying up some clumsy wording.
We are now in a position to put this to members for approval at a General Meeting on 15 March 2010 at 5.30pm at the clubhouse. Eligible members will be formally advised of the EGM.

Registered Clubs Act Important Information
Statutory Requirement
All persons intending to work on boats in the marina are required to register at the main office prior to commencing. As this is a statutory requirement it must be adhered to.
