“Light and tight” is the flavour of the month for NCYC’s new Galley Menu which Head Chef Amanda Laird has introduced.
“The aim of the new menu is to compliment summer by the water at NCYC. We have increased NCYC’s fresh seafood offering and increased the variety of dishes on the menu including the introduction of some interesting tasting plates. I like my food to be colourful and in keeping with the ‘light and tight’ theme the team in NCYC’s kitchen is working hard on some new salads and breads, which hopefully will be well received by the members and their guests”.
In addition to a new lunch and dinner menu, as of today, a new Sunday breakfast menu will also be rolled out in the very near future.
