NCYC New Summer Menu Starts Today – November 11, 2013

NCYC is please to announce that its new Summer Menu is available from lunchtime today.

While some of the old favourites remain on the menu some interesting new dishes have been included such as:

  • Basil Chilli Prawns – Thai influenced dish of garlic, chilli and basil seared prawns with fresh green beans on Jasmin rice.
  • Salmon Nicoise – A slight twist on traditional nicoise salad served with fresh grilled Atlantic salmon, greens and chat potatoes.
  • Gourmet Chicken Sandwich – Seasoned and grilled chicken breast on Turkish bread with Swiss cheddar and salad, served with fries.
  • Peppered Lamb Rump – Served on roasted tomatoes, grilled asparagus and marinated haloumi and finished with a balsamic glaze.

In preparation for summer NCYC has also recently erected more substantial shades clothes over much of the Courtyard which will allow the area to be more highly utilised on hot days and also light rain.
