ABOUT OUR MENU
All of our Suppliers here at Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club are local businesses based in the Newcastle/Hunter area.
Our Seafood, where possible, is locally caught or farmed. When we are unable to source seafood caught locally, it will invariably be caught or farmed within Australian waters.
Our Beef comes from Mayfield, a multi award winning cattle producer, based in the Central Tablelands and Northern Plains of N.S.W. Predominantly British Angus breeds, allowed to free range on 80,000+ kilometres of grassland.
All of our Lamb is sourced from producers and farms in the local Hunter Valley region.
Our Pork comes from Murray Valley Pork, a company with strict ethical guidelines regarding animal treatment and welfare. All of their pork comes from pigs reared on farms in the Riverina region of Southern N.S.W. and Northern Victoria.
