The Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club Crew Register helps connect sailors looking to join a boat with skippers seeking crew for club racing, cruising and sailing events. Whether you’re new to sailing or an experienced sailor looking for more time on the water, the Crew Register is a great way to get involved with the NCYC sailing community.
To participate in club racing activities, sailors generally require either NCYC Membership or an Australian Sailing SailPass. SailPass provides temporary membership and personal accident insurance for $10 per day. NCYC Members, Sailing Academy participants and financial members of other Australian Sailing affiliated clubs do not require a SailPass.
Sailors looking for a boat and skippers seeking crew are invited to complete the online form to add their details to the public Crew Register list. Once submitted, your information will be available for others to view and contact you directly.
