NCYC’s floating marina hosts 180 berths, and whether you’re staying long or short term, we are excited to host you. Power and water is supplied to each berth, and the amenities hosts recently renovated bathrooms and laundry facilities.
If you arrive outside of normal business hours and have not booked in advance, please locate a spare berth on F-Dock and contact the Marina Office the following morning to check in.
Our hardstand facility provides convenient short- to medium-term storage for maritime-related boats, trailers, and approved boating equipment that support sailing, boating, and racing activities at the Club. Located adjacent to the marina and waterfront facilities, the hardstand is designed to support active marine operations and provide flexible storage solutions for members, visiting competitors, and approved contractors.
All hardstand storage is subject to availability and approval by the Marina Manager. Eligible items generally include boats on registered trailers, boat trailers, and other approved maritime-related equipment that is easily movable and can be relocated if required for operational, safety, or event purposes. The hardstand is not intended for permanent storage, general warehousing, or non-marine infrastructure.

Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club (NCYC) complies with the (Work Health and Safety Act 2011) and the (Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997) to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all employees, visitors, guests, customers, contractors, and protection of the environment.
All employees, contractors, and customers are expected to follow safe work practices, observe company safety rules, and report workplace hazards, incidents, and near misses to management. Contractors are required to sign into the system prior to starting work on any boats in our marina.
NCYC has on-water Diesel and Premium Unleaded Petrol (PULP) available from the Fuel Berth located on F-Arm. The facility is available 24/7 with payments via Visa, MasterCard, & EFTPOS cards. Cash sales can only be made between 08:30 – 13:30 daily.
Current list prices are as follows:
Diesel – $3.558 per litre
PULP – $3.192 per litre
10% off the list price on the total purchase for any quantity over 1,000L, NCYC Members receive 12% off on any purchase. NCYC Members & NGFC members have a discount card to process at the outside Payment Terminal (OPT).
