However today, it’s likely you already know a woman living with mental health concerns with almost half (45%) of Australian females experiencing a mental health problem at some point in their lifetime (Australian Institute for Health and Welfare 2024).
While no two experiences will be the same, women in our community share experiences and life transitions that are unique to being female and connected to their mental health and wellbeing.

That’s why the Women’s Wellness Lunch exists—to create a dedicated space where women can pause, connect, and walk away feeling refreshed and inspired.
