For Luke, not only should a cow eat well, it should be hung in a particular way in order to provide the most incredible meat. Luke’s attention to detail is such across all his food.
Yet, Luke is incredibly humble. Getting these details and his accolades from him requires work, he doesn’t want to brag. You’ll never hear yelling coming from the kitchen, only laughter, and praise to his fantastic team.
